OurPay is your merchant of record. We resell your products and services to your customers, and keep the sale, payment, and money owed to you together.

Software, physical goods, courses, services, subscriptions, and whatever you build next. OurPay has no category exclusions for lawful products and services. Your business can combine different kinds of work.
Each sale still needs a supported payment route and any approvals required for that transaction. We assess those details for your business.
What you can sell ↗One sale, clear responsibilities
OurPay is the reseller to your customer. You supply the product or service, deliver it, and provide product support. For physical goods, that includes shipping and returns. For services, it means completing the work you agreed with the customer.
Our seller agreement and buyer terms describe the sale, refunds, and each party’s obligations. You can reach us directly when your business needs a different arrangement.
How the model works ↗See what the sale earns you
Your Seller Payable balance records what OurPay owes you after fees, refunds, and other recorded adjustments. Follow each change back to its order, and keep the amount owed separate from money already received.

We confirm the payment route, tax handling, and settlement arrangements for your products and customer markets. Automatic tax collection and automatic seller payouts are not enabled yet.
