Your earnings, explained
For sales through OurPay as merchant of record, your seller balance starts with captured product revenue, excluding collected tax. OURPAY fees, refunds, lost disputes, and recorded payouts reduce the balance. Applicable fee credits increase it.
The dashboard calls this “Seller Payable”: money owed to your business. It is separate from money that has already arrived in your bank account.

PayPal collections use the seller’s configured ledger currency, currently USD for new accounts. Unsupported currency combinations are stopped before charging the customer.
Direct bank receipts and crypto payments are tracked in their own currency or asset. A payment that reaches your bank directly does not become a second cash balance owed by OurPay. A crypto receipt is not automatically converted into a USD payout.
See the fee on the order
Starter’s standard OURPAY fee is 5% + $0.50 per successful transaction. Your dashboard shows your organization’s actual rate. The standard plan has no separate recurring-payment surcharge.
Payment-provider processing fees are included in the OURPAY fee on every plan. Full and partial refunds reduce seller revenue; the original OURPAY transaction fee is not returned.

Automatic seller payouts are not available yet. Saving bank details does not initiate a transfer, reserve a payout fee, or make your balance available to withdraw.

OurPay is the merchant of record and reseller to your customer. You supply and fulfill the product or service. Seller Payable records what OurPay owes your business under that arrangement.
Automatic tax collection is not enabled yet. Tax handling and settlement arrangements must be confirmed for your products and markets before accepting live sales. You remain responsible for your own business and income taxes.
